Active Break Challenge 2018
Mayo Abbey N.S. took part in the Active Break Challenge for four weeks from November 19th to December 15th. Here in Mayo Abbey, we recognise the importance of exercise and how little exercise breaks can help boost our concentration and help our learning. This was a brilliant challenge that all of our classrooms really enjoyed. Each break took 2-3 minutes and could be a Running. Dancing or Exercise Break. Well done to all involved!
